Baked fresh and heat sealed for freshness for up to 2 weeks from ship date.  If by chance you can resist eating them all right away, freeze them in an airtight container for up to 3 months.  Allow cookies to thaw before warming in a 350* oven for a few minutes or pop in the microwave for 30 seconds for warm gooeyness instantly.
